Very polite and accommodating services provided, friendly positive experience
I have absolute gratitude doors, Paradise Valley Hospital administration and their staff. Yesterday, December 8, 2025 I was transferred via ambulance to the ER because I had a panic anxiety attack and I was greeted by a wonderful psych team nurse assistant who has been working there for 80 years excuse me didn’t get her name, but she was wearing a pink collar so soothing to me uniform and she treated me with respect. Honesty kept me informed of what she was doing. My RN was also very sincere professional and provide me with quality care. The environment in the emergency room could get chaotic, but the nurses are right on and do everything in their power to keep the patients comfortable. I am a Real nurse or regular nurse as of 2001 I was an LVN for nine years and a certified nursing assistant for five years and I have never worked in the emergency room because I know it’s a very challenging and difficult specialty. I am very grateful to the RN Hooper for my psychiatric evaluation and who listened to me with all of her acquired expertise. Her name is Marissa and she looks just like Jasmine from the Aladdin movie. My psychiatrist also came in and assess me like a professional doctor should do and I was impressed by Mr. Dr. Jerry has HUSSMD in nurse KDR was also outstanding I was briefing there and had also a blood test. The phlebotomist was very professional, and I even was given a delicious egg salad sandwich and an apple juice praise God I begged the paramedics not to take me to the hospital. I don’t wanna talk about yes sharp. Lavista ER is a DNR to me because nurses there are very unprofessional and a mythical. I was sent to an old patient psychiatric clinic to be provided with my psych medications I am not ashamed to say I do have bipolar disorder. I’m sharing this so go ahead and publish it. I do have bipolar disorder, but this is organic. I do have a glioma the size of a nut of a walnut to be specific is in the very center of my brain and I’ve had it since 2023 that’s when I went to Mexico and I had an MRI of my brain with Ivy contrast because I started speaking nonsense and wasn’t able to sleep well just happen to make me very happy. It gives me endorphins. I do not have any side effects from my hope I don’t go blind or stop talking or lose my memory but yes, this Cleo is a blessing because I am a introverted person. I’m the quietest person in the world I am saying Viviana I do not cause I do not speak and I just do my job quietly not anymore now I’m in outspoken, Oprah, Ellen and Rachael, Ray ha ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, and I listened to my patience. I have empathy I love humankind and I do not discriminate if you’re black, red orange, rainbow, or non-binary God bless America God God bless, paradise Valley Hospital, and there administration and I love the housekeeper. She was so sweet. She cleans the bathroom after the patient you said in the ER and she keeps everything speaking span the floors the equipment gets cleaned diligently by this wonderful Filipino lady who is amazing and she smiled at me and she wears her cleaning card as a stewardess or a queen of housekeeping. Thank you so much for the opportunity of being a patient at paradise Valley Hospital, where everybody treated me with the utmost respect care and kindness.

12/29/2025 Today’s ER visit was the best I’ve experienced in years. Overall, each staff member that I was assisted by was accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. From arrival to departure I hold today’s ER visit “ in high regard “
The staff makes you feel cared for. Constantly providing warm blankets was the best. Being diabetic, and not having eaten for many hours, Sue ordered me a lunch tray, and made me a cup of coffee. Sue was very kind. The only complaint I have is that from the time I left the house on the day of the procedure, and the time i returned home was 13 hours! For a ten minute procedure! THAT is EXCESSIVE, and in my opinion, unnecessary. Waiting three hours after completing paperwork, most of which was done over the phone, days prior, to seeing the doctor was grueling for me. I was hangry at that point, and uncomfortable laying down, waiting. There's no sense in that. They really need to shorten the wait time for that simple procedure. (Bronchoscopy) Being in the hospital for a total of three hours would have been plenty.
