I had to go to Emergencies a couple nights ago for an object imbedded in my hand. All of the staff was super cool and welcoming, made sure I felt comfortable. They were having a pretty crazy night with other patients, it was rough all the running and patients creating havoc but they were always courteous and professional with me, even shared some jokes. I hope I never have to go to a hospital again, but this one was a great experience.

Hi, I came to the paradise Valley Hospital and I can tell you it’s a hole in the wall Hospital, but I only stayed there for a day and a half and I had no problem. All the nurses were nice. Everybody greets you and you feel welcome. You feel loved if I had to go back to another hospital here in San Diego I would go back there.

The nurses are super nice and the doctor was ever so cool. All in all. The staff was really friendly and helpful

We had a phenomenal experience yesterday. My son, is a special needs patient and he received the best care we’ve ever experienced in all his 42 years. From the admitting staff to the administration, the anesthesiologist, Dr John, and the dental surgeon, Dr. Georgiades. He received excellent care and the doctors, including the hospitalist were kind, thoughtful, and caring towards Jeff. All the staff that we observed and communicated with from the lady supplying flavored waters in the lobby, to maintenance staff, as well as janitorial staff, were attentive and helpful when we interacted with them to ask for directions to the day surgery dept, restroom and exits. We were there for 7 hours so we had an opportunity to notice how staff interacted with each other, as well as, with other patients and their families. Paradise Valley Hospital gives excellent care to emergency room patients. They helped me and treated me with respect and care.

Overall my Mom’s stay in ICU for 2 days was fine. The bed in ER probably need replacement, I saw my mother had discomfort and it triggered her sciatica. The nurses are great and the other team Members in ER, in ICU and on the place where she had the endoscopy - they were very nice and accommodating of my mom’s needs.

I came into the hospital for my first time. But it was truly the nurse Kristen that made the visit extremely amazing. She was on top of everything and she helped me feel a lot better before leaving. When i got there she got me some heating pads for my back pain got me a hot blanket and kept checking to make sure i was ok the whole time. She’s definitely a nurse that sets the standards as I’ve been to other hospitals and never even got a quarter of the service she provided. This will definitely be my home hospital because of her and how she handled my situation. She’s one of the top nurses i would recommend to anyone to if they ever needed anything as she answered every question i had with a positive attitude despite being busy. Thank you for treating me as a person, not just a patient number. Your kindness made all the difference Kristen M
