The lady at the front desk and the female nurse were very caring and helpful. And my problem was taken care of and I feel much better today.

Monroe Hospital is top notch. They are very caring, explain everything well. The treatment was what was needed to help with a diagnosis and understanding of my health situation. I recommend this hospital.

My experience with the crew in the Monroe Hospital Emergency room yesterday was extremely positive. I was seen without delay, everyone was professional and empathetic, and I was properly diagnosed, treated, and referred to a specialist who is seeing me today.

I was in and out with scripts in hand, in an hour. That was awesome because I was in serious pain. The staff was kind, prompt and thorough. Only negative was the floors in treatment room could have been cleaner.

Was attacked by a huge number of yellow jackets. The nurses, admits, doctors, all were amazing. I was not long at all in the waiting area. The IV went in; I didn't even feel it. They gave me a remote (didn't feel like watching, but still was nice); the medicine definitely helped. The room was clean. Could not have asked for a better emergency room experience. Plus, I did learn a lot about the nature of the beast of bees. I accidentally ran over their domain hole while mowing. They literally chased me. Thank you, Monroe Hospital.

I got checked in the moment I got there. I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room or I didn't have to wait long in the procedure room they were on top of things and they took care of me well

Went to ER got into a room within 10 minutes! Everyone was so kind. Went to I.U. Health first & was told at the very least a 4 1/2 hour wait. Monroe Hospital needs to build on or a BIG hospital. We don't have one that can do it all. I.U. Health is a teaching school, not a hospital that can take care of the community. Someone please help Bloomington!
