Best hospital I’ve been to waited almost 10 hrs at the Burbank hospital and at this hospital good service fast check ins loved everybody there quick and fast.

I want to thank the wonderful staff at Sherman Oaks Hospital for the professional, caring, and loving treatment they provided to my daughters and the adults in our family. Everyone was kind, compassionate, patient, and attentive throughout our experience. We truly appreciate the care and support they showed our family during such an important time. Top notch service, no wait time in ER, I left Kaiser after waiting 3 hours to be seen. Went to SO ER, they took me right in the doctor was wonderful, the nurses were caring and I received excellent care. Will be changing my Kaiser insurance for Blue Cross come open enrollment. Now I see there is much better options out there. Thank you for a truly positive experience Sherman Oaks ER, you guys rock!

They took really good care of me in what was a pretty scary situation. They worked quickly and efficiently. I did have to ask, but they gave me extra snacks and juice boxes, lol, which made me feel like a gleeful little kid. And I was out of there pretty quick.
