Excellent experience! From the moment I arrived at the reception until the time of my breast exam, I was treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. The entire team is very friendly and patient. They truly do not mind when patients do not speak English and take all the time needed to explain everything clearly and answer all questions. That made me feel very comfortable and safe during my visit. I really appreciate the care and attention I received. Five stars without a doubt!

Not many people can speak of great experiences when it comes to health care these days. But my experience today was beyond exceptional.!! The staff were incredibly professional, caring and friendly. Thank you to my surgeon Dr.Whitby her skill and expertise. She was thorough and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Additionally, the nursing staff Amy, Allen in pre-op, the OR team Dr. Afshar, Lisa (CRNA) ….Amazing. She was reassuring , knowledgeable and allayed many fears regarding anesthesia/ pain expectations. Heather RN and Tasha the surgical tech were confident and skilled making the experience less stressful. And finally…. The recovery team, some of the kindest people to wake up to. Thank you Sandy and Mya for your professional care. Thank you all!

I had a colonoscopy procedure done in the Landmark OR .. everyone was very very nice and extremely polite and professional. They had me out of there and home very quickly.. Thank you all for making that procedure goes so smoothly 🙂

I know Landmark what people say about Landmark and sometimes in the past it has been true. But these last couple of times ive been ( once thru the ER, where my friend was taken care of and admitted, and now myself for a colonoscopy). It has been a exemplary, friendly, proficient experience.

The facility was very clean. All of the staff was amazing and was always concerned about my needs. Any issues that I had was properly addressed.

Facility was clean. All the staff we encountered were friendly and knowledgeable, starting with reception and continuing with the nurses and PAs. Having to go to the ER on a holiday night is always stressful, especially for an injured child, but it was a short wait and the medical staff were reassuring and tended to my son's wound carefully and promptly. All in all, we were there for about 45 minutes total from beginning check in all the way through them cleaning and applying glue to his wound. They even sent us home with the wound wash cleaning spray they used so we could care for the wound at home.
