I think nurses need to pay more attention to who they pair up in rooms. I was put in a room with a woman who moaned and groaned and thrashed around all night and day. The second day I did request they move me to another room and they did so that was wonderful. Srmc is always been my go to hospital for several years now. This time I was a little disappointed because when a nurse would say they would do something most of the time they had to be called back and reminded for such small things as even a glass of water. Other than that, their care was exceptional..

I went and had a stress test at Shasta Regional Hospital and everyone couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Thank You Everyone and Merry Christmas 🎄 💕🙏🏻

I had such a great experience at Shasta Regional- Surgery dept. The whole staff are kind and compassionate. You can tell there are truly good people out of there job setting..( My Dr. Laura Strickland is Awesome!) This hospital is well organized, and they work in sync perfectly..I also have been to Shasta ER Dept. and the staff over there , like to get things done..No waiting forever in that ER. The staff are also friendly and soo helpful!! I am super impressed after being treated a few times there!

The overall staff we're very courteous. I did have safety concerns with debris on the floor such as gloves and plastic items. My doctor prescribed a skin ointment that I had requested over five times yet never showed up. Seems like it never got entered into the computer. The nurses were fabulous.

I had my oil changed for the second time and everything went great! Again! They were all very nice and explained everything that needed to be done to my car. They actually took me out and showed me what was wrong, along with taking pictures. I also had a coupon but they said it was for another location and gave me a better deal than what was on the coupon! They are exceptional. 😊

I had open heart surgery and had wonderful care, from inpatient to cardiac rehab. You’ll love the bunch over there at cardiac rehab they are wonderful people and you get to learn along the way.
