Awesome healthcare service ! The nurses and Doctor were very supportive of and efficient with providing emergency care during my visit !! It was all love ❤️

Doctor Emanuel st. Thomas was good iv was place perfectly. Also he treated me for my problem that been hurting me for two months that nobody seemedto pay attentionto after me telling them what was wrong that i was feeling. I hope the meds work. This also my favorite emergency hospital. You get seen within 15 mins unlike others

The other staff that was at the hospital was great but this one nurse say to me why are you still here I thought you were gone someone else is here to take your room. AI was still there because I ask the nurse can they ask the doctor can I have crutches and I was waiting for a response, the nurse comes in and ask why am I still there then tells me basically to leave someone else is here for my room .

Best hospital for Emergencies Literally I came in at 4:15pm and I was on my way out the door by 6:30pm. I had a huge abscess and the doctor gave me quick relief meds and a care package to keep my wound clean. Service was fast EVERYONE WAS SUPER nice Security Staff checking you in nursing and The doctor. I will be returning if needed be and it’s SUPER DUPER CLEAN

The nursing staff were all very nice and responded quickly when needed whether it was an emergency like excessive pain or just a cup of water. Even for all the poking and prodding that inevitably happens when you're admitted to a hospital they were always gentle and courteous during routine tests and vital checks. The students were always very respectful as they followed the docs during rounds. And finally for hospital food - some of the dishes were very tasty even on a cardiac diet. If anyone feels iffy and wants to go to a different ER in an emergency just due to reputation I highly advise to give Rox ER a chance. They really are amazing at what they do especially the cardio docs and fellows and the entire nursing staff excellent patient care.

Was there and was taken care of by a very good doctor and medical staff that was very nice and helpful really made you feel at home
