I swear I love this hospital it’s never a long wait.💜

To Gemma & Sharon First Sharon in Admissions was excellent. I came in just before 3: 00 pm and the computer! I knew it was late, Sharon first contacted Gemma to make sure there was time to get me in. Gemma okayed the appt. Then as Sharon is entering the information into the computer closed the scheduling time. Sharon picks up the phone and calls upstairs. The computer would not let her schedule an ultrasound appt. Sharon does not stop, she gets on the phone again , she calls Gemma again to check if she could open the appt time from her end. I said I would come back tomorrow. Gemma says, do not let him leave. The two ladies began working the problem from both ends until the matter was resolved. Sharon completed the administration paperwork and then Gemma came out to pick me up and preformed the ultrasound. Gemma was instrumental in making this happen and helping Sharon in admissions work through this issue to resolve the problem. Without Gemma 's help and input I do not believe the matter would have been resolved. This shows Gemma has developed a high level of training and skills sets to problem solve a unique situation and also a level commit to her job to remain engaged until the problem was resolved . Gemma showed an extra level of commitment and understanding of the computer scheduling system. This then gave her the ability to correct the problem, allowing Sharon to complete the task of admitting, then have the ultrasound scheduled, the paperwork process successfully, and then the test performed thus Gemma was able to successfully complete her job. The two ladies working together to solve the problem as one unit with one unified goal in mind. To providing the best service possible! Thank you to both ladies Gemma and Sharon for doing their jobs and then going just one step farther, to do their jobs to the highest level possible! This shows a high level of commit, dedication, caring, and a fiduciary duty to the community. The end result was a job well done! Thank you again to both ladies! I had a stroke , I was admitted to the hospital, the staff took care of me, the heart doctor was not available at this time, they searched for another specialist who did well Now I am back healthy

I love this hospital, it was very fast. Everyone in there was very polite and respectful of your privacy. I would definitely recommend people here. I was literally in and out and well cared for. Thank you Roxborough Memorial Hospital, you guys are the best.

Quantateer or whatever her name was so super friendly and warm. The nurses and PA were great too. They balanced priorities but got me treatments relatively fast with kind and thoughtful service.
