Other than the 4 hour wait to be seen which I'm sure is unpredictable in an emergency room situation I was treated well from your entire team. They were all professional and courteous with a good bedside manner. They deserve recognition for a job well done. Thank you kindly. 😊

Dr. Franklin was very courteous and attentive of me and my condition. The nurses were very considerate. Danny took me to get a catscan. He was very kind and cheerful so much that I forgot I was hurting. The Xray text George was also kind to me and cheerful.

This was my first time in the ER, I was in and out in like 2-3 hours. Dr. Franklin took care of me quickly and made me feel better, and the nurses did too. The waiting room wasn’t too busy, more busy in the back but that didn’t seem to affect my care. If I have a bad day again, I’ll come back here.

The hospital staff were very kind; I arrived very sick with stomach problems and they gave me their medication.

Had a great experience at Centinela Hospital today. I was expecting the worse as far as wait time. But the process was smooth and quick considering past ER visits to hospitals. Everyone was positive and helpful from the security guard lady up front to the nurses and clerks for check in. Not to mention the nurses and Drs in the back. 10 out of 10

I had a scary day today and had to be rushed to the emergency room. Centinela was the nearest ER. From the time I got there, the staff was extremely professional and caring. Andre and a gentleman whose name means “he who prays” were great. The ER room lady Rayleen (I believe) was gentle when taking our blood twice. Robert, another staff member brought me and a lady who was there with me water. A older gentleman who did x rays had a funny sense of humor and told me a joke that brought me joy in a time of fear. The MRA staff was professional and you can tell they work well together. I can’t recall their names, but I recall one gentleman say jokingly to another, “get it together, Jose!” To which we shared a good laugh about. They have a solid team. Dr. Scheneman was excellent and the young lady shadowing her was observant and kind. It was such a contrast to what my wife, who was waiting for me in the waiting room, experienced. She witnessed a man having a medical emergency and the security guard (black, stocky guy) and front desk attendant (Hispanic or Pacific Islander girl with long straight hair) respond with no urgency or regard as the man suffered from what was described as a drug overdose or seizure. At one point, they laughed. She was traumatized by the experience and had to leave. I would encourage the management at Centinela to terminate those employees immediately, as they don’t represent the rest of the team, and from what I can tell, lacked basic human decency. It goes to show that a few bad apples give the rest of the organization a bad name. Those people need to be reprimanded for what they did, and the staff in the ER room should be commended for excellent care and teamwork. I won’t let the experience of my wife taint my experience, but I felt it should be documented.
