I was referred to SRMC wound care clinic to address a wound on my leg. Everyone was very kind, from checking in to going home. I was having trouble walking so they brought a wheelchair and took me down to wound care. All of the nurses I encountered, starting with Lisa, and Dr Alicia Adams were the best. I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of care. Thank you all for making this a pleasant experience! 😄

Every encounter has been professional and kind. The staff were personable, friendly, and at times funny.

I feel very welcomed 😀 when I arrive at the front desk. They are very helpful 🙂 and always willing to help me out 😊. the same thing as I check in. Always helping with the door as I use a walker. And I will go out of the way to prostate the paperwork and offer me a wheel chairs to get to where I need to go . All good 👍

Everything went very smooth, the people in the cath lab were great, Ashley M in the short stay was Awesome, above and beyond nice, as were the other nurses.

No one goes to the hospital because they are feeling good. So when I couldn't care for myself at home do to being so sick I went to the ER at Shasta Regional. It was packed! I almost turned around. However, I was there and decided to wait it out. The efficiency in which they dealt with and processed so many blew my mind. The staff from the ER to the surgical floor where I was taken were nothing less than phenomenal. I was treated like a family member by everyone involved in my care. I do not believe in my lifetime I've had such an amazing experience at any hospital previously. I recieved the most beautiful care. It truly made the hugest difference in me getting better. 5 stars doesn't seem to be enough. Thank you Shasta Regional
