I had a pleasant, professional experience for an out-patient procedure. After a small insurance issue, all else went smooth--intake great, nursing staff--experienced, efficient and kind, surgical unit--highly knowledgable, efficient, kind and effective! Dr. Khan was a master.

The nurses had conflicting views on prescribed ointments for a bad rash. My discharge wasn't anything Pleasant. My ride was going to be there in an hour and a half. So they put me in a short wait room which was uncomfortable the nurse there was very nice. But if they waited an hour and a half they could have had their room instead of moving me. Some of the prescriptions they prescribed for me was conflicting with what they found one prescription said if you have gallstones don't use it but they prescribed it they knew I had gallstones. They found

Scheduled me promptly, and they started the procedure on time. All involved were personable and made the experience a good one. I felt well taken care of.

I was recently treated for a bite from a Northern Pacific Rattlesnake, the nursing staff, doctors and all the techs there are some of the nicest, caring people I have met. If this forum had 10 stars, I would give them this rating. All of my questions and concerns were answered, as well as the concerns my dear wife had. Mom was in for same day surgery, very helpful staff even waiting room had 2 ladies updating family, Eugene her nurse was professional and understood moms Alzheimers, he explained each step over and over, overall a very pleasant visit, down side, lots of signs inside hospital but very few arrows to direct you, kind of sterile walls, put up more photos of the area or maybe a mural or two.

I had to go in for a lung function test. Everybody was very nice polite. The lady that helped checked me in was nice and Sarah the lady that did the test was the best. She made me feel safe secure, and she knew what she was doing all in all , I would give this a 10 out of 1 to 10 being the best My thanks to Sarah and the rest of you that help me. Thank you very much.

Hospital staff was so nice and very helpful ,nurses were great always their when I needed them ,thank all of you for the care you gave me. A+
