Everyone- from the receptionist at check-in to the nurses to the doctor- was very kind, helpful and patient. My son is a talker, and they were all great. Genuinely listening to him and engaging him in the conversation. Plus, they got us back quickly and it was the fastest be ever been in and out of an ER. (Still took a while, but that’s just the nature of an ER) I’m really happy this is our local ER.

So the day before I went to SJH I went to Next Urgent Care down the street from SJH and the Nurse Practitioner there was rude did not want to deal with what I had going on actually said I only needed antibiotics for said problem and sent me off crying. I would like it to be known the front receptions ladies are wonderful. Very nice caring women but the man nurse was horrible. So I decided to go to SJH the next day and they were great and they listened and took care of the problem at the end i actually was told that I had a very serious skin condition that would need further care. So I appreciate there service they where wonderful. Feeling alot better. Thanks SJH

ER visit. Staff was nice, so was the doctor, have no complaints about that, very efficient, they took good care of me...but the room they put me in... That thin cot was so hard on my back, the cold air was blowing directly on me and I was already freezing and sweating, feeling awful with multiple symptoms, high BP, stomach pain and lethargic, laying in there for several hrs added to the miserable feeling I was already experiencing. I give the room 1*
Here visiting KC, needed to be seen in ER. As a health care provider myself, the care was exceptional. ER staff was professional, knowledgeable and did a great job triaging patients. Happy that I was directed to St.John’s ER for care.
Hate going to ER, but this visit went well. The St. John staff, techs, and medical team were professional, courteous, kept me informed throughout, and explained every step of the process and post care. Hopefully won’t need another visit, but know I’d be well taken care of.
