Had to visit the emergency room, here visiting family. My overall experience was first class. The entire staff was super friendly and professional. Thank you all for being so kind.

I am not a sickly person. So, I don't visit the hospital much, but there have been occasions where I have needed emergency care, and everytime I've come to St. John's emergency room, I have been treated well. The staff is attentive, kind, and caring. They exhibit confidence in what they are doing and appear knowledgeable and skilled in their specific areas of training. They speak to me, answer questions, and provide a good dose of "great bedside manners". I get in (without feeling rushed) and out. Often feeling better than when I came. Thank you for care.

The practitioner was great. I'm 63 years old and I never met a doctor (practitioner) as detailed and patient friendly as Mrs. (doctor to me) Linsey' She is one in a life time quality provider.

Going into a place already in pain and irritated it's already difficult and stressful. The staff here really made my visit very easy and stress-free. From the moment I walked in and gave the receptionist my information, until the nurse brought me back, through the entire testing and screening processes, to finding diagnosis and giving me treatment.. they were excellent, very professiona,l and very kind. Hopefully I will never have to go back LOL but it was a good medical experience.
