The ER was amazing today. I really felt people were friendly and concerned about my son’s well-being. The reception person Chris was friendly and helpful. He was even making my son feel at ease while we were there. The doctor saw him quickly and the nurse was really awesome and encouraging and gave us even some tips to do at home to help him feel better.

We had a very positive experience at Chino Valley Medical. Cristina and Linh were friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure we felt comfortable throughout my dad’s procedure. They are especially thorough in explaining the post-op care, walking us thru each step and answering all of our questions. Truly appreciate their kindness and attention to detail.
