I know Dallas Regional has struggled with its reputation in the past. My mother was there for a month and over all I was satisfied with her care. Like any hospital there are those who care more, who feel it is more than a job and one of those is Lori Smith, Director of case management. She was a kind, caring professional who always communicated promptly and clearly with me. I am grateful for her determined efforts at helping me to get my mother to her next place, rehabilitation at The Reserve. Thank you Lori.

After having a bad experience at Lakepointe, I was so iffy about delivering here, and omg have they changed my mind. Most AMAZING, CARING nurses!! Hannah, Kelly, Linda omg all of them!! The anesthesiologist amazing as well!! I am extremely happy with my delivery and stay here, will definitely deliver here again!!! 🩵🩵
My experience at Dallas Regional Medical Center was amazing. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and swift with care during a very stressful situation. Everyone we encountered made us feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. I’m truly grateful for the compassion and professionalism we received and would definitely recommend them to others.
I’ve been to Dallas Regional a number of times but never stayed overnight. I went in displaying some stroke like symptoms and as soon as I arrived the ER group triaged me and tested me to eliminate any chance I had a stroke- which I thankfully didn’t. I took about 5 hours to get a room but is expected from a small hospital. I can everyone there was totally professional and most of all compassionate when I didn’t know the outcome from the stroke. I hope I don’t but I will definitely use them again.
