I want to thank a few of my father in law’s nurses and cna’s from ST Francis medical center on the 7th floor , Wendy did everything in her power for him to get the extra help we needed at home from making sure he was evaluated by a physical therapist before he was discharged, following up with the case manager to get him home therapy and a wheel chair delivered, also cna’s Sandra and Josue were great help while he was admitted, nurse KC was also a big help at night time. I only had one bad experience with a-front desk staff member that had no compassion with patients family members I was so overwhelmed and she made it worst. My only advice is to have caring staff at front desk and don’t pick and choose what patients can have more than 2 visitors in their rooms they should be equally with all patients, other than that we had a great experience

I recently had surgery at St. Francis and I truly cannot thank the staff enough for the care and support I received throughout my entire experience. From the surgical team to the nurses, doctors, and support staff, everyone treated me with kindness, professionalism, and compassion during a very stressful time. The level of attention and care I received made me feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. The nurses were patient and attentive, the doctors took the time to explain everything clearly, and the overall staff went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. I’m incredibly grateful for the excellent treatment and compassion shown to me during my stay. Thank you to everyone at St. Francis Medical Center for all that you do every day for your patients and community.

We are at St. Francis Medical Emergency room and since arrival everyone has been so helpful, respectful, and supportive. Brought my father with high blood pressure, shortness of breathe and it has been a very pleasant experience. I want to give recognition to one young man named Carlos. He works in Emergency department, very attentive to my father’s medical needs and comfort. He has a beautiful personality and his communication skills comforting, especially as we are concerned about the situation. He likes Jack Scully too. We appreciate him and all who care for my father and all patients in their facility. Blessings to him and all.
