my mother is new to the valley undergoing treatments for cancer. Unfortunately she was very under the weather but Knapp Medical and staff has made my moms stay a great one. They all strive to help her get adjusted and feeling better asap. We are very grateful for the E.R department and their rapid movement’s to have mom get all the meds that she needed. The ICU Unit was exceptionally perfect. We are grateful for all their attention and for Mrs. Marlene for taking time out of her day to stop by and chat with mom. She’s the best. For all of her attended nurses on the 5th floor, thank you all for everything yall have done to help mom get back home to her family. I have used Knapp for screenings several times,and have been satisfied with their service. Only complaint is that in the radiology waiting room, the chairs were too hard for my poor back!
