I cannot say enough wonderful things about the nurses who cared for dad. The pre-op nurses, Angela, RN, and Leigh L., RN, were incredibly kind, compassionate, and reassuring from the moment he arrived. They took the time to answer our questions, ease his nerves, and made him feel comfortable every step of the way. His post-op nurses, Angie, RN, and Angela, RN, continued that exceptional care, making sure he was comfortable, closely monitored, and well-informed throughout his recovery. Recovery nurse Kellie, RN, was equally amazing—attentive, gentle, and genuinely caring. Their professionalism, compassion, and dedication made such a stressful experience so much easier, and I am truly grateful for the outstanding care each of them provided. They are an incredible team, and he couldn’t have asked for better nurses

The staff was super friendly and kind. There was no wait. I was in and out in no time! I also had my test results posted to my patient portal within a few hours.

I went to the emergency room on the 4th of July with severe abdominal pain. I was taken in pretty fast into the overflow part,because they were full at the regular emergency room. All the people, nurses were nice. Everything took a bit of time probably because of being busy. My nurse Jen was awesome, she explained everything in depth and was very knowledgeable and comforting. There was a guy named Jim (I think )who did an amazing job with my IV line. I have narrow deep setting veins and was dehydrated as well so I know it is hard to get needles in there for me. I was taken to have a Cat scan as well and ended up showing that I had an inflamed appendix and needed surgery. ( my very first). My surgeon was Dr. Schory and he was awesome. He explained what he was gonna do and was very reassuring even though I was scared. I don’t remember the name of my anesthesiologist, but he was amazing as well. Put me at ease even when I asked the million dollar question… what if I don't go to sleep while in surgery? Would he know? (I did go to sleep and remember nothing btw.) When I was taken into my room my nurses were amazing as well. I remember, Becky, Tracy and Nana. They were careful and comforting through the whole ordeal. I have a couple of cons… everything takes long, they could use the little gadget that lights up and helps finding the good veins. Otherwise top notch service. A Hungarian gal who lives in Florida

You need to instruct the Hispanic nurse that a half inch of tape will not hold an IV in.
