From the moment I arrived, the entire team handled everything with impressive professionalism and speed. The ER staff recognized the urgency quickly, the diagnosis was prompt, and I was taken to surgery without unnecessary delays. The surgical team, nurses, and supporting staff were all competent, calm, and genuinely caring. They explained what was happening clearly, answered my questions, and made sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout the process. Recovery went smoothly thanks to attentive post-op care. The whole experience was efficient without ever feeling rushed or impersonal. I’m very grateful for the timely, skilled care I received and would confidently recommend Riverview Regional to anyone needing emergency or surgical treatment.
