St Mary's Lab office has 3 or 4 bays for blood draws and have just as many techs or Phlebotomists to perform the blood draws so waiting is really a non issue. They were super fast getting the paperwork in order. We the tech that was drawing my blood asked my which side I preferred I told her that my left side is the 1 and only AC draw sites on both arms. She took what I said as if I were a Phlebotomist and got it done with no pain and only 1 stick!! They listen to patients and just don't brush off what they have to say. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND using St. Mary's Lab site if given a choice!!
