They took care of me so fast was there only 30 mins.

I had to go to the ER on Wednesday like 2 a.m. There are a few choices I could have gone with but I decided to go here. I had a great experience. The nurses, ultrasound tech, phlebotomist and doctor were excellent. Everyone was very kind and caring. Also, everything was quick. I really appreciate everyone and the care they provided. They really took care of me. I hope to not ever return but if I had to I'd choose San Dimas again.

I recently had an experience at the Emergency Room at San Dimas Community Hospital, and I want to recognize the Dr Lee and nurses Roxanne and Arin for the care and professionalism they showed. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me with kindness, patience, and respect during a stressful time. The nurses were attentive, compassionate, and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the process. They worked efficiently while still making patients feel cared for on a personal level. The doctors took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and made me feel confident that I was receiving excellent medical attention. Even though emergency rooms can be extremely busy, the team remained calm, organized, and dedicated to providing quality care. I truly appreciate the hard work, empathy, and professionalism shown by everyone in the ER department. Thank you to the doctors, nurses, and support staff for everything you do for the community.

I wasn’t sure if I should go to the emergency but I had a 101 temperature on and off everyday for almost a week. We decided to go to the emergency at 1:30 AM when my temperature hit 102.5. From the moment I walked in we felt welcomed. I was a little embarrassed because my temperature had fallen and I felt better, but I felt no judgement and the doctor and nurses took my condition seriously. They ran all the tests and even took a chest x-ray. They staff, nurses, and doctor made me feel I mattered.

The staff at San Dimas Community Hospital were excellent, professional, nice, fasts, super helpful, very patient and very knowledgeable and skilled in there job. Facility was clean and safe. I would recommend 👌 San Dimas Community Hospital to and anyone because I felt like if my own family was helping me get better ❤️. Thank you for your service and healing. You guys are truly hero's ❤️
