Great Service they took really good care of me and I needed it!

I honestly had the most genuine experience here. I stopped here for an emergency, and it was the closest spot. It wasn't even on my route when I searched ER centers, but I was in a rush and there it was off the exit. I was somewhat expecting the classic "rude rushed nurses" but it wasn't, they were the best people I've been treated by. So caring, respectful and understanding. I really cannot explain more than this aside from a physical experience.

A Gem. I didn’t know such a stressful time for me would go so well just because of the staff. I was looked after and well informed from my first phone call to inquire about the service to the goodbye at the exit when I went to my car. In between Dave or David and Sharita ( I’m sorry if I spelled that wrong) helped me set up my appointment. The security guard and the nice woman at the pharmacy pointed me in the right direction. My registration was so great and I am so upset I don’t remember her name but she was incredible. I was not stressed at all having a good time chatting with her, then another incredible lady took me back and my technician really put me at ease and I can’t say enough good things about this experience. What a great place to get medical treatment and procedures.

Everyone was so kind and understanding at this hospital. We were seen immediately though I wish we could’ve gotten out of there faster I know there’s paperwork and such.. we still got out sooner than other hospitals, in total spending only about an hour and a half. I brought my kids in because they had flu like symptoms, one is 12 years old with down syndrome and the other is only 3 years old. My 12 year old was fine but my 3 years old doesn’t like hospitals and was screaming bloody murder when they swabbed his nose and throat and also when they tried to get his temperature because he didn’t trust them after he nose and throat.😅 Anyway they were patient and did great with my kids! 10 out of 10.

The people at the Dallas Medical Center are WONDERFUL! They gave me (and other patients too) quality care. I am truly grateful for the great experience I had. My life is better! May GOD, our Heavenly Father, continue to BLESS "all the officials, doctors, nurses, and other staff members" at the Dallas Medical Center. Thanks to everyone!
