I was admitted & everything was Perfect From the Medical care all the way down to the Food! Hope I don't need to visit any time soon,but God forbid I will choose North Vista Hospital above all in Las Vegas.

Professional, Kind Staff. So grateful and impressed. As a nurse myself, I appreciated the kindness from the moment I walked into the Ed. The security staff , the triage intake woman, the Triage Nurse, Armando( i think his name?) And Megan were all Professional, kind and approachable. Also the check out Staff was kind and considerate and the lovely nurse in the Ed who called herself the traffic controller . ;). I understand thos hospital serves a very diverse demographic with many challenges but what i saw was an ED, with compassion , professionalism, and true caring. This hospital ED deserves kudos! From an old Nurse herself.

I was admitted for a stress test after visiting the ER due to experiencing chest pain. I initially stayed in Room 120 before being moved to 107D. I want to sincerely thank everyone who cared for me during my stay. My ER nurse and his student nurse were absolutely AMAZING! They made me feel comfortable and cared for from the beginning. All of my nurses, especially Min and Gloria, were wonderful, compassionate, and attentive. My CNAs were GREAT as well. To everyone who played a part in making my stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible—THANK YOU! Your kindness, patience, and professionalism truly made a difference. I also want to give a special thank-you to the team who performed my stress test. I was very nervous and stressed about the procedure, but you all helped reassure me and get through it. I truly appreciate your patience and encouragement. I do, however, feel that there is one area that needs improvement. The charge nurse’s communication with the staff was concerning. On several occasions, she spoke to staff in a very loud and, at times, seemingly rude manner. As a patient, witnessing this was uncomfortable. I believe staff deserve to be treated with the same respect, patience, and professionalism that they are expected to provide to patients. I hope this concern can be addressed, as improving communication and morale among the staff can only make an already challenging environment better for everyone. Overall, I am extremely grateful for the wonderful care I received from the majority of the staff. Thank you to everyone who took care of me and helped make a stressful experience a little easier. Your hard work and compassion did not go unnoticed. ❤️
