Took my 2 month old child who turned out to have Covid. The staff was very caring and helpful in answering all our questions and concerns as well.

The ER team was great! The nurses were friendly, professional and caring! Mike took the time to listen to concerns and explain everything! Overall a very good experience!

The nursing staff here is excellent. Knowledgeable, caring , and compassionate. Not sure what their salaries are. Im willing to bet my life that everyone of them are grossly underpaid......

Registered right away, triaged quickly as well. First nurse was polite enough and competent. Dr was the most attentive and compassionate I’ve ever met. (and I used to be an EMT so I’ve met plenty) First nurse complained he was slow. Patients want to be heard, ma’am. They like to not feel like he’s rushing off or uninterested. Second nurse was phenomenal. You could tell she’s been doing it for years AND it hasn’t hardened her soul yet. You can always sense when the good one walks in. Got a healthy dose of blood, and was discharged quickly. All around great experience and happy to see a small local hospital still kickin’!

Brought my 12yo today. Wasn't a long wait and the doctor in the er was great. No issues.

What's really important is bed side manor, and one woman there tonight had None. You need that to be a nurse

From ER unit is best I went for leadership & Directions for my Oldhead of 75 yrs Alot on my plate they pointed 👉 me to the correct drs.& I thank them for it Oldhead Curtis Getz

The staff was very professional and friendly from the minute you walked in the door. Everything was expedited in a very methodical and timely manner. The nurses. Technician and Dr very professional and thorough. If you need an emergency room I highly recommend it.

The service I got at lower Buck Hospital today for my extreme lower back pain and sciatica was very good. Everyone in the staff were extremely polite and helpful. I am so glad that I went to this hospital
