Everything and everybody was great but finding address' on buildings is not.
Kristina Gonzalez PRN is the best! She does her homework. Her explanations are very thorough. She is a brilliant practitioner and always willing to listen and discuss options.
I had a very good first time experience. The front desk ladies were very nice and friendly. The nurse and Dr. were both very nice.
Dr. Bald deserves recognition for the excellent visit I had with her on my first appointment with a new PCD as my last clinic moved on! She was very thorough and thoughtful. Looking forward to my continued visits!!
I don’t normally take times to write reviews, but the doctor was very nice and informative. The real reason I am writing this review is because of the young lady that helped me check in. What could’ve been a very negative experience was an extremely positive experience. My insurance company booked my appointment for me back in February and they sent me an email that it was today July 23 and actually it should’ve been last month June 23. The young lady at the front desk not only helped me reschedule and got me in immediately. She helped me reschedule for my husband reschedule as well.
First, the front desk personnel is helpful and kind. Kristina’s assistant is thorough and asks relevant questions. Kristina answers questions and takes my symptoms seriously. Kristina doesn’t try to give me prescriptions when unwarranted. I feel cared for and listened to.
I could not get a better Nurse Practitioner than Christina Gonzales. She really does care about her patients.
