I've had great care twice at St Mary's ER to get my prescriptions before I had Dr Baldo as my primary doctor. Thank you all at the ER! It couldn't have been better. My first visit with doctor Baldo was challenging because it was 12 miles from my apartment and snowing. I didn't know where I was going and almost out of gas in my RAV4. A man standing in the parking lot helped me through the snow to the front door. He had a sign looking for help. I felt really bad that I couldn't help him. Dr Baldo once I arrived was very helpful respectful to my health concerns. I have a lot of respect for St Mary's and Dr Baldo and most of all United healthcare for hooking me up.

St Mary’s Medical Group on South Virginia is by far the best medical facility we have ever dealt with! From Elaine, the receptionist who cannot be matched, to the health care providers this is a very well run facility. Elaine is an employers dream!! Efficient, organized, and extremely personable describes her. The medical staff are listeners! This is important to seniors. We have never felt rushed or unimportant. We couldn’t ask for a more kind relationship.

Everyone at St. Mary’s Primary Care on South Virginia street has always been very pleasant. A special shout out to Dr. Baldo and her Medical Assistant Iwona. They are always very pleasant and professional. I can’t ask for a better team.

My doctor and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I was told by my doctor about my options that would help me with my issues and who I need to talk to, to help us get the best possible outcome

Dr. Baldo was right about a diagnosis she suspected immediately when I first met her and after bloodwork it was confirmed. Now that I'm being treated for it my sleep is better, I'm healthier psychologically, and physically. I feel better than I have in the last 10years and I strongly believe she is actively prolonging my life. I feel like she listens to me and every decision She helped me with all of my concerns and now I finally feel like myself and Ive learned that its not always natural aging or obvious injuries that cause pain or tiredness. She gets to the point good or bad just how I like it.

I was there to be set up with new primary care doctor. Everything went smoothly I can now move on with my Healthcare needs.

As a new patient, I'm alway concerned due to having quite a few medical issues. The staff and Dr. Balto were very thorough and caring to make sure they understood my needs and conditions.

Dr. Natalia Baldo is a fine doctor. She taking care of my health since last 5 years. She is kind and considerate and listens very well and explain it to me with great details. I am very thankful for her expertise .
