PA Jessica Chen and the entire staff are really caring and professional. I had a check up on 5/22 . They greet you with a smile at the front desk always. Within 5 mins of my appt time I was called by the nurse with a smile and listened to why I was there . Jessica came in later and took care of me . I am so glad I have them for my health needs . I am very impressed with this clinic. I highly recommend them because: -Dr. Baldo made room for me on her already full schedule within 24 hours. -She spent considerable time with me and answered all my questions stemming from an emergency admission I had out of town. - We made a plan together for how we would go forward. - She checked multiple times to make sure I understood what had happened and that all my questions were answered. - The front office staff were pleasant and very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. - The medical assistant was also pleasant and made sure I was comfortable. She made the correct information and my questions were entered into the record. -The facility is clean and modern.
