From the start the Admitting staff worked with eagerness. When I went early in the morning to go to lab dept.. Before 8 a.m., there were several people ahead of me. But the staff moved real quick. Jessica did great with drawing my blood. She asked, “If I was doing okay?” It made me feel like she cared. Everything turned out smooth sailing. 👍🏽

Doctor was thorough and professional, asked questions and listened to the answers! Couldn't have asked for a better, more attentive physician. Would definitely recommend this facility!

The Kindness of Strangers at Saint Mary’s, was on full display❣️ I recently got out of the hospital & it was all the strangers there that made my latest visit there as pleasant as one can be in such a setting. From the moment I was seen in the ER, to my last day in the hospital I was cared for by such kind & compassionate strangers. Who in the end as I told my one nurse , you were all strangers to me when I first came in, and now I leave you, thinking about all of you as a friend. I did have one incident with a nurse, that was an unfortunate interaction, but I will not let that overshadow the overall experiences that I had with all the wonderful strangers, that I had the blessing to be looked after or helped out by. From the Doctors , Nurses, CNA’s , Lab /Radiology , Nutrition & Housekeeping. Each person who was assigned to me were professional, respectful , kind, warm & friendly individuals. They always came into my room with the Best Energy, to lift me up with smiles, friendliness & checking to see how I was doing & feeling throughout the day. Also giving me well wishes each day throughout. Some even offered me warm, fun & interesting conversation to help me pass the long hours that can seem endless when you are in the hospital, especially late at night/wee hours of early morning. In today’s world of so much uncertainty & negativity, especially at times when it comes to the health care system. It was very heartening to see all these wonderful strangers coming together as one team of health care professionals, trying their Best, to make a patient feel better, both physically & emotionally. I’m so grateful for all of their support & efforts to make my stay in the hospital as amiable as possible. It’s not a fun situation to be in but having the opportunity to have such a team of thoughtful & kind professionals surrounding you throughout your stay, definitely makes all the difference. It’s why showing kindness to others is so vital in the world, to one person at a time. For all those joint efforts to be kind & thoughtful to me, made a huge impact on my life as I coped with my health issues. The kindness of strangers is absolutely amazing & priceless. I was blessed to have encountered such amazing treatment 🙏🏼💗😌

Very positive experience. I needed an appointment at short notice and they quickly and efficiently accommodated me. They were warm and kind and caring. And results came very fast. Much appreciated

After initially telling me, they didn't do sitz marker tests- despite that I called ahead two different times to verify procedure, things began to get traction. The complete super star was Blake. Professional and kind, and also empathetic. Blake also apologized for the mix up-- which was on going. I was told flat out this test wasn't done- and was sitting in my car, about to call it a day- and Blake called with protocol. I went back in to hospital. Blake handled my scans each time I had to go back. Blake was the reason I hung in there thru this process. Rarely are people so polite and he deserves a raise ! Trustworthy and reliable! I don't understand how nobody believed me, when I went in. It's comical now, but I didn't have the energy to walk all over and back and forth. After being sent away, the most outrageous thing was, the lady at the desk, asking why I left the hospital. Making it seem as if this was somehow I disappeared and am the wrong for leaving hospital. AFTER INSISTING THE TEST WAS NOT GIVEN...LOL

They are so fast that my medical imaging was performed and I was back home 15 minutes before my appointment was even scheduled for!! Now that is prompt service! And everyone was so very courteous and caring to me. It was a very pleasant experience.
