I recently visited the emergency department and wanted to share my experience. The check-in process was quick and efficient, which made a stressful situation feel more manageable right from the start. During our stay, the ED tech and nurse were both very kind and compassionate. They treated me and my daughter with dignity and respect, which truly made a difference in how we experienced the visit. There are a few areas where improvement is needed. Communication regarding medications could be clearer—explaining what is being given and why would help patients feel more informed and at ease. I also noticed that the “five rights” of medication administration were not consistently followed, which is an important safety standard. Overall, despite these concerns, the care we received was much better than expected, and I appreciate the team’s kindness and efforts.
I loved this service everybody was welcoming and took everything personally and took time to understand your pain and to relive it over all very good experience
