Dr. Nuthalapaty (aka Dr. Sam) is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. He completed his undergraduate and masters degree at the Gunter Medical College in India. Dr. Sam was 24 when he came to the United States. Initially he went to business school at Oklahoma State University and later attended graduate school at Louisiana State University. Dr. Sam began practicing medicine in Desert Valley Hospital before joining the team at Sherman Oaks Hospital. Dr. Sam is a Hospitalist and an Attending Physician at Sherman Oaks Hospital and Encino Hospital Medical Center. His continuum of care efforts expand into the community within skilled nursing, assisted living and board & care facilities.
