Dr. Moin graduated with Honors from Sam Houston State University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology.

She worked as a Medical Microbiologist for several years in the Clinical Health Laboratory at Methodist and Memorial Hospitals.

Her personal interest and passion for eye care motivated her in continuing her education to obtain a Doctorate of Optometry from Western University of Health Sciences in California. She is a compassionate eye care professional who strives for the wellbeing of her patients in the areas of ocular infections, diagnosis of eye diseases, dry eye symptoms, specialty contact lens fittings (Scleral contact lens) and post-operative co- management.

Dr. Moin is a member of American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association and Orange County Optometric Society. She routinely volunteers for Illumination Foundation and Kids Vision for Life Organisations.
