Dr. Tom Carter is a board certified family physician with over 15 years of experience in clinic medicine, acute care medicine, and hospital medicine. Dr. Carter received a B.S. in Biology from Seton Hall University, PhD in Physiology from Marquette University, and DO from Midwestern University. He has served as medical director for a rural health clinic, chairman of the department of medicine for a critical access hospital, and clinical educator for both Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Colorado State University Nurse Practitioner Training Program.

Dr. Carter is certified in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.

Tom and Lindie Carter reside in Colorado Springs with their two children and two golden retrievers.
